Welcome to my annual rewind of the year gone by. Up first, songs that were crucial listening this year. Part 2 will feature the best of the best tracks, and Part 3 will cover the best albums of the year. Part 4 or 5 will include what the critics thought and, of course, the year that we wish hadn’t happened.
