and then, my favorite part, the WTF awards…

The Aerosmith award for the band I really wish hadn’t recorded new music: The Pixies.

Give up the ghost, guys. You’re a shell of your former self. It makes me sad to try to listen to your new stuff.

The Marvin Gaye is rolling over in his grave award, or the guilty pleasure: Robin Thicke, Blurred Lines

Don’t deny it, you sang along.

The WTF vanguard award: Miley Cyrus

Bitch, I concede, you won 2013. I still loathe you. And keep that fucking tongue in your mouth.

The parody video of the year: Seth Rogan and James Franco do Kimye in Bound 2

Sexy.

And this year’s Why? award goes to:  Ted Nugent

I mean, he’s practically one of those Duck Dynasty guys. Enough said.

And with that, 2013 is a wrap.
