Craft Spells, Breaking the Angle Against the Tide

Justin Vallesteros, the mastermind behind Craft Spells, is on the verge of releasing the band’s second album, Nausea. The band just dropped the first single, Breaking the Angle Against the Tide, a moody shoegazerish single awash of mid ’80’s Cure and Joy Division vibes.

The production sound is a bit cleaner in comparison to Idle Labor, their 2011 debut, but the lush atmospheric effects have not dissipated.

Nausea is due June 10 on Captured Tracks.
