Tamaryn, Hands All Over Me

Tammy is back. Sort of.

New Zealander Tamaryn is back with her third album, titled Crane Kiss, which is due out in August. The album is a departure from the shoegaze sound of her previous album, Tender New Signs. It’s kind of like when Chapterhouse switched gears and did Blood Music as the follow up to Whirlpool.

With the debut of the first single, Hands All Over Me, the new direction sounds more electro/noise pop,  very Toni Halliday/ Curve.

I’m reserving judgement. Hopefully it’s not another Blood Music. I will say, the first single has promise, so here’s to waiting for the full length.
